Terms of Service
Short version: be reasonable, we will be reasonable. Last updated October 2026.
Accounts
You need an account to use Nemvy. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account, unless we agree otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no spam, no scraping other users, no attempts to break in or overload the servers. Feed content belongs to its publishers; use it for personal reading, not republication.
Availability
Nemvy is provided as is. We aim for reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted uptime. Automations and feed refreshes run on a best-effort schedule.
Your data
Your blocks, notes and settings are yours. You can export everything as JSON at any time from settings. Deleting your account deletes your data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, cloud-gx.net is not liable for indirect damages from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing here limits rights you hold under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms as Nemvy grows. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
